The CX Partners Directory: Finding the Right Partner on Any Platform

What this directory covers, how partner programs work across Adobe, Salesforce, Google, Microsoft and the rest of the CX landscape, and how to turn 2,000+ listings into a confident shortlist.

This directory exists to answer one question well: of the thousands of companies claiming expertise in your platform — Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, Google, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Databricks, Tealium, Mixpanel and two dozen more — which ones deserve a place on your shortlist? Every vendor runs its own partner finder, and every finder tells you who is enrolled in the program. None of them tell you how a partner compares against its rivals, what customers actually experienced, or whether the firm that excels at one product is even competent at the one you are buying. The CX Partners directory records partners across ecosystems on one comparable basis: verified partnership tiers, company scale, geography, industries served and moderated customer reviews — with the sources behind every claim documented on the profile.

One Directory, Every Major CX Ecosystem

Adobe. The deepest bench in this directory: partners for Experience Manager, Analytics, Target, Campaign, Commerce, Marketo Engage, Real-Time CDP, Workfront and the rest of Experience Cloud. Adobe partners are graded Community, Certified, Gold and Platinum in the Solution Partner Program, and the spread runs from global integrators to single-product specialists. If your project touches multiple Adobe products — an AEM site with Target personalization measured in Analytics — weight partners with certified staff across the combination, not just the lead product.

Salesforce. Consulting partners tiered Base, Ridge, Crest and Summit, scored on certified individuals, delivered projects and customer satisfaction that Salesforce itself measures. The directory lists partners for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Data Cloud, MuleSoft and Tableau. Salesforce practices vary enormously by cloud: a Summit partner famous for CRM rollouts may be thin on Marketing Cloud engineering, so filter by the specific product and ask for cloud-specific certifications on the named team.

Google. Two distinct programs share the brand. Google Marketing Platform certifies companies per product — GA4, Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager 360, Search Ads 360 — as Certified Companies or Sales Partners; Google Cloud tiers its consultancies as Partner and Premier with Specializations (Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Infrastructure) as the real proof of workload expertise for BigQuery, Looker and Vertex AI work. Certification is product-specific in both programs: verify the badge for the product you are buying.

Microsoft. The AI Cloud Partner Program replaced the old Gold and Silver competencies with Solutions Partner designations — Business Applications for Dynamics 365 work, Data & AI for Azure analytics, and others — earned through certified staff and verified customer success. The directory covers partners for six Dynamics 365 products, the Azure data stack and Microsoft Fabric. Microsoft-ecosystem selection turns on workload evidence: designations are the floor, reference deployments in your specific workload are the decision.

HubSpot. Solutions Partners are tiered Provider, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Elite on delivered and retained customer revenue, with accreditations (Onboarding, CRM Implementation, Advanced CMS) as workload-level proof. HubSpot partners skew agency-shaped — marketing operations, RevOps and CRM migrations — and excellent boutiques sit at every tier. For enterprises consolidating onto HubSpot from Marketo or Salesforce, migration references matter more than tier.

Databricks and Snowflake. The data-platform consultancies. Databricks tiers consulting partners Registered through Elite with validated capabilities; Snowflake runs Select, Premier and Elite tiers built on SnowPro-certified staff and verified delivery. Both ecosystems reward migration factories (warehouse and Hadoop estates), cost-governance discipline and production MLOps evidence. Many strong data partners carry both badges — useful when your lakehouse strategy spans them.

Tealium. Customer data platform and tag management specialists, tiered Select, Advanced, Strategic and Global Premier. Tealium work divides into real-time CDP builds (AudienceStream), enterprise tag governance (iQ) and server-side collection engineering (EventStream) — related but distinct skills. The strongest partners run the full pipeline; verify which layer your candidate actually delivers.

Mixpanel and Amplitude. Product analytics is a craft discipline: tracking-plan governance, identity resolution and analysis enablement decide value, and both vendors certify a deliberately small pool of solutions partners. Selection here turns on inspectable artifacts — ask to see a tracking plan the partner designed and the adoption it achieved.

And the rest of the landscape. The directory also covers Sitecore (Silver to Platinum partners for XM Cloud and the composable stack), Optimizely (experimentation and DXP), SAP CX (Commerce Cloud, Emarsys), Oracle CX (Eloqua, Responsys), Bloomreach, VWO, OneTrust and the AWS customer-experience services. Each platform page documents its partner-program ladder and what the services actually contain.

Reading Partner Tiers Across Vendors

Every vendor gamifies its ecosystem differently, but the ladders rhyme. At the bottom: registration tiers that mean little beyond enrollment. In the middle: certification tiers — Adobe Certified, Salesforce Ridge and Crest, Sitecore Gold, Snowflake Premier — that prove real invested headcount. At the top: the Platinums, Summits and Elites that signal sustained delivery volume and the deepest vendor field relationships. Three rules travel across every ecosystem. First, tier is a credibility floor, not a verdict — a mid-tier specialist that puts senior consultants on your account routinely outperforms a top-tier giant that staffs juniors. Second, certifications belong to individuals: ask for the credentials of the named delivery team, not the company logo wall. Third, tier rarely transfers across products — a partner elite in one cloud can be a beginner in its neighbor, which is exactly why this directory records partnership data per product, not per brand.

How to Choose a Partner — On Any Platform

The evaluation method is platform-independent, and it beats logo-hunting every time:

  • Filter on verifiable facts first — product, verified tier, geography, company size and industry experience. That typically cuts thousands of candidates to a dozen in minutes.
  • Read profiles for evidence, not adjectives — certified staff, documented specializations, customer reviews with sample sizes, and whether claims carry sources.
  • Shortlist three — enough for genuine price and approach comparison, few enough for a real evaluation.
  • Run a shared, scenario-based RFP — identical scenarios priced by every candidate expose how each partner thinks and what work honestly costs. Feature checklists expose nothing.
  • Interview the delivery team, not the sales team — the bait-and-switch bench is the single most common failure mode across every ecosystem in this directory.
  • Check references like an auditor — same industry, same product, same scale; ask about the last missed deadline and what the partner did about it.

What Do Partners Charge?

Rates vary more by delivery model than by platform. Senior consultants at established partners in North America and Western Europe typically bill in the $150–300 per hour range, with strategic architects above that; blended onshore-offshore teams can reduce effective rates 30–50% for build-heavy work. Implementations run from tens of thousands for focused single-product projects (a GA4 rebuild, a HubSpot onboarding) to six and seven figures for enterprise programs — an AEM estate, a Salesforce multi-cloud rollout, a Databricks migration. Ongoing support retainers cluster between a few thousand and five figures monthly across every ecosystem. Two cost truths travel everywhere: integration count and data quality drive budgets more than the platform license does, and the cheapest bid is usually re-priced later through change requests. Use each product page's cost guide for platform-specific ranges, and make candidates price identical scenarios so quotes actually compare.

Specialist, Multi-Platform Partner or Global SI?

Most searches end in one of three shapes. Single-platform specialists offer the deepest product craft and senior attention, at the cost of breadth — the right answer when one platform carries the project. Multi-platform partners (many firms in this directory hold verified status across Adobe, Salesforce, Google and the data platforms simultaneously) earn their premium when your stack genuinely spans ecosystems: one accountable team wiring Adobe experiences to Snowflake data beats two vendors blaming each other across an integration. Global systems integrators bring program management and scale for multi-country rollouts, with the standing caveat that the team you meet in the sales cycle must be the team that delivers. The directory's platform-tier data on every profile shows at a glance which shape a firm actually is — count the verified badges, then verify depth per product before assuming it.

How to Use This Directory

  1. Filter by the product in scope, your country or region, and the industries that matter to you — the listings above update as you go.
  2. Open profiles to compare verified partnership data, company scale, capabilities and customer reviews side by side, or use the compare tool for a structured view.
  3. Read the product page for your platform — every one carries a buyer's guide covering the partner-program ladder, services, typical costs and the questions worth asking.
  4. Build an RFP from the product-specific template, or let the advisor generate a shortlist matched to your requirements.
  5. Verify certifications and references before any commercial conversation.

Why an Independent Directory Matters

Most “best partners” lists online are pay-to-play rankings or agency blog posts ranking themselves first. This directory takes a different position: no sponsored placement, no imported review scores, and a published methodology for how data is gathered and corrected. Partnership tiers are recorded from public vendor programs with sources and last-checked dates; reviews pass human moderation before publication; and when information could not be publicly verified, profiles say so rather than papering over the gap. That restraint costs polish but buys trust — and for a decision that typically commits six or seven figures over multiple years, trust in the underlying data is the entire point of using a directory at all. Filter the listings above, and you are minutes away from a shortlist you can defend.
