Review Policy
Review Policy
Who can submit reviews
Customers and professionals with genuine first-hand experience of working with a listed company. Reviews from the company itself, competitors, or anyone with an undisclosed conflict of interest are not permitted.
Anonymous reviews
Reviewers may publish anonymously. Anonymous reviews display as "Customer Review — Anonymous". We never publicly expose email addresses, IP addresses, internal user IDs or private contact information.
Moderation
Every submission passes spam detection, abuse detection and PII screening before moderation. Suspicious reviews enter an internal moderation queue. We may reject reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, off-topic, contain private information, or violate this policy.
Disputes
Companies cannot respond to or edit reviews. A company that believes a review is fraudulent, factually inaccurate, abusive, contains private information, or is unrelated to it may use Report / Dispute This Review. Our team independently reviews every dispute; outcomes may include keeping, annotating or removing the review.
Removal
Reviews are removed when they violate this policy or applicable law. We do not remove reviews merely because they are negative.
